Must build all your own FX, no cloning except for standard equipment.
Obvious Mutation is allowed, Hidden Mutation is not required.
All primary abilities must be mutations not item based, the Z Men are not Batman!
Focus takes one full turn and requires no test, no penalty for successive tests and returns 50 Qi pool per level per turn automatically.
Suspend all stat limits on a case by case basis.
